What it is not
Not a letting service, not a contractor booking platform, and not regulated. There is no advice in it and nobody to be introduced to.
The mark and the colours
The mark is a title plan: the outline of a building with the plot drawn round it, the way a plan shows an interest in land.

Two things to keep right
Please do not straighten the missing corner on the mark. It is the whole idea, and without it the mark reads as a picture frame. And red only ever means something needs attention, so it is never used decoratively.
The wordmark is Newsreader Semibold, tracked at -0.022em. Interface type is Archivo. Both are on Google Fonts.
Knowing the rule is the easy half.
The hard half is remembering which of your properties is due what, and when. That is the part Tofta does.
